Objective
In this session, participants will look at the importance of their actions matching their words and how to change for the better.
Warm Up
This can be done in a large group or in smaller groups of 5. Ask the following questions and allow the group to respond:
- When has someone said or done something that was hypocritical?
- How did that make you feel?
- Why?
- When has hypocrisy affected the way you think or see things?
Transition
There are times in life where you may say, “Enough is enough!” As we check out Project 86’s “MHS”, we’ll hear their thoughts on that.

As you watch the video to “MHS”, draw or list some of the thoughts that come to mind.
